I have a client who doesn't plan on using the app, and that they would text me if they needed an update. I'd hate to spam them with all the notifications if I can avoid it, but I just wanted to make sure that I will still get paid if I don't start/stop the walk through the app.
For some sitters cards are mandatory it depends on where you live and the booking type - for any recurring bookings it is required. If your client doesn't want cards or use the App that still doesn't relieve you of starting them and submitting them at the end of the stay; this records the event and triggers the payment to you. Any picture you take and notes can be sent via text.
Also if you are required to submit the cards you will be paid but you will have to call Rover support to make that happen
