Incentive items to sitters? Advertisement materials?
I've been a sitter with http://Rover.com for over three years. I love it and they're a great company to work for. I've asked in the past for stickers I can put on my car to advertise, and they said they didn't have any. This past summer I stopped by their HQ in Seattle and the gal at the front desk gladly gave me three stickers. So now I have one on my car.
It would be beneficial to Rover if they provided free incentive items like this to sitters who have completed, say, their first 25 stays/walks. Other companies send you a free t-shirt so that you're recognizable when you arrive at the client's home. It'd be great for business if we could show up for a meet and greet wearing a t-shirt, so we look more professional and that we do represent the company.
Does anyone else agree?
I 100% agree. I saw they sell shirts for $18. But they also take enough fees out to where it shouldn't be a pain to hand out a shirt. I absolutely love working for rover as well, however I feel the same as far as rewarding sitters. Especially those with great reviews.
