Someone requested me before I was able to put my holiday rates in. Now what?

Someone requested my services for the holidays but I did not have holiday rates in. How do I add my holiday rate in so that it can be recalculated?

If you have a booking request and it hasn't been confirmed by you and the client you can modify the rate. If it has been accepted by both parties you have little recourse to make a rate adjustment.

It depends. Is the booking pending or confirmed? If it's pending, you can select the booking on the app, tap "Modify", select "Rate Type", and then select "Holiday Rate". If it's already been confirmed, you cannot adjust the rate, nor should you. If you accepted the booking at the standard rate, it's not fair for the client to have to pay more when the standard rate was already accepted and therefore agreed upon.
