Dogs can display excessive head shaking for many different reasons, most common is ear infections but it can also be sign of neurological issues, either way, I recommend seeing a vet so you know for sure.

Shaking the head can be a sign that your dog's ears are bothering her. Allergies and infections are two common causes for ear irritation. I would bring her to the vet and have them examine her.

Does your dog tilt her head to one side? If so, she probably has a yeast infection inside the ear. This is common in floppy-eared dogs, since the inside of the ear can't breathe or dry out after it becomes damp. You can purchase ear drops to rid of the infection, or, if it's really bad, the vet can prescribe something. DO NOT use Gentizol! I do not recommend it! My mother used this for her dog, and after the second use, he went 100% deaf. Ask about alternative medicines.
