You can also customize each client's rates by going to Modify --> set price of each dog/cat to "0" --> Put what you want them to pay total in the Cost Adjustments section. That's what I do for some of my repeat clients. It's like a thank you for re-booking me kind of thing.
I see that you are new, but all those options you mentioned do already exist within Rover's system. Go to your Profile. Under Rates, you will see "Additional Rates." There you will see the ability to set a rate for additional dogs and cat sitting. You do it the same way you set up a rate for puppies.
