If I promote my code (via business cards, or to Facebook friends) and others sign up w/ Rover to start using Sitters' services will they be able to use my code for their first time if they chose someone other than myself as a sitter? (for example, if they're in another area than I am and can't access my services).

I have a follow-up question to your response - I received an email from Rover saying someone used my promo code, but I did not get a request for booking by that person, nor did I get $10 from Rover. How would this $10 be paid out? Thanks!
I got the same email, and did not get the $10 and someone used my code but did not book with me.

Always offer your promo code! People always want a discount. You get the $10.00 for someone using your code. If they do book with you they get the discount and you get the pet gig! Make sure to use it in your advertising to catch potential customers interest.
