How do I stop double text messages - from Rover and Messenger?

I have the Rover app and Messenger - I now get double text messages. I also get an email. I'd rather just get the text messages through the Rover app. Any ideas on how to only get text messages from Rover and the email? Thank you!

Hi Debbie:

If you don't want emails from Rover, you can go into your Settings and move the slide bar to the left to turn off email notifications. From your Rover log in, go to Settings in the drop down menu under your name, then click on Email (slide the bar over to the left) and hit Save.
