Why is my Promo Code blanked out?

You are not allowed to send your promo code via text or via the App, that's why it is blanked out. At the M&G give your client a business card that contains your promo code.

The promo code is intended for new clients you bring yourself to Rover so that is why it is blanked out and will only work if used with your personalized link when the client first signs up on Rover so even if you give your client your promo code on a card at the meet and greet, the clients have already signed up and cannot get the discount anymore.
