Can I block certain owners from my profile?

I've received a few owners who seem, "fickle."
I answer questions, provide extensive meet & greet despite the owner's admission that an invoice was covered by a friend (in other words the job was parceled to the friend). But, was assured they wanted a meet & greet for future bookings. They made a future booking, changed the service need, so the invoice was adjusteted days- 1 week prior to the service and then canceled about 48 hours before the service was to take place.

I put much time into this booking. I feel stressed by this particular owner. I understand people and animals needs change, but also felt I went well "over and above." I am often told that I have great people skills, even being offered work on the spot (because of my skills that were observed). I strived to be consistent with ;this w/ Rover for sure. However, just a couple of these situations have dropped my booking score.

I feel if they are unable to view me upon my own discretion, may therein lie the answer. Thank you, Sincerely, Suzanne Lehman .
