Where do I locate payment history? Can I make it so it automatically goes to my bank?

Your payment history and settings are accessible from your Dashboard:
https://www.rover.com/account/payments/
You can set it for automatic withdrawals but only to Paypal. Rover only remits payment via Paypal and/or check and there is a fee for the latter. No automatic deposit to a financial institution.
