I am watching a new dog. He has been at my home for 24 hours. He is eating, drinking and peeing, but he hasn't pooped yet. What do I do???

A new dog just came to my home yesterday. He is really sweet. 110 lbs. He has been drinking and we have gone on walks and he has use of my backyard. He has eaten all his meals, no problem. It has been 24 hours since he was dropped off and he hasn't pooped. Should I be concerned? Should I contact the owner? I don't want to cause unnecessary alarm, but I know that my dogs poop about 3-4 times a day, so I am getting nervous!

I have boarded several dogs in the past that don't poop for the first day or so. It's usually just anxiety at being at a new place without the owners, especially if this is the first time they've been separated.

I've also had dogs that don't eat the first day or two. Same situation - nervous, anxious, new environment. They will eat when they get hungry.
