Does it really help to post on Craig's list?

I noticed you can post your profile on Craigslist, but does this really help? It seems like all I ever get from that site are people wanting to scam me. I want to get jobs, but I want it to be safe too!

I post adds on many classified sites and have had some success from it. I do find I get more business from people I meet while out with the dogs or on social media.

I hand out tons of cards and I also get a whole lot of referrals from clients.
