Each individual sitter sets his/her own rates and discounts. There is no overall Rover package pricing plan as you described. If you look through potential sitters in your area, check their rates, contact any that seem to meet your needs and ask if they're interested and would offer a discount.
Karen answered well. If you see a sitter that you'd like, you can ask them if they'd provide you with a custom quote for the month. I have been asked and sometimes I have provided custom quotes.
Discounts are totally up to you, it couldn't hurt to see what other people are offering but remember it is your time and space and you set the price.
