What is your policy for the sitter to return client's house key?

Hi, Carrie:

No specific policy is set in place, although as the homeowner, you should be able to promptly get your key back from a sitter once they no longer need it for your booking. If your sitter is not responsive or is not making the time to do so, definitely contact Rover Support. They can often reach out to the sitter directly, which adds an extra layer of urgency to it.

Hope you get your key back soon!

I agree with the previous answer but I would add that next time, I would simply have a key lock box outside my home and tell the sitter to leave the keys there once they are done house sitting.
