How do my friends submit a testimonial?

Hello, Rover!

I have some friends that want to submit a testimonial for me, but none of us can find out how to do it. I chose the option under "Request Testimonials" to ask through Facebook, thinking this would provide my friends with a link to the appropriate page. It seems the only link provided is the http://Rover.com homepage, and the link is broken at that. Is this a known bug? Is there a way around it?
