If a previous sitter I used is not listed on Rover, does that mean they no longer work from here?

I used a Rover sitter for overnight boarding a few months ago. I was wanting to see if they do day care. I didn't keep her number and she's no longer listed in the zip code area Does this mean she no longer works through Rover?

It could mean that she has left Rover or just that she is not accepting clients currently.

One way to check is to go to your Inbox and select past stays. You should see that stay in your inbox. Click and you should be able to message the sitter through Rover. If, however, she's closed her account with Rover then you may not be able to use this method.

You can always call Rover Support to ask.
