I have been waiting to get paid from Rover since June 7th (15 days as of today). Now have over $1,200.00 waiting to be transferred into my bank account. This delay is hurting me, I can't pay my bills nor feed my family. This has been a very emotional and difficult experience for myself and my family

Rover takes way too long to pay. 48 hours after stay incase there's issues. That's what support is for. Then paypal isn't immediate by any means. And when the dog owner books multiple stays you don't get paid until the final date on the stay. The reason I quit rover is solely based on the fact their payout is insane. Stop being cheap rover. Pay the cost to instant transfer from the app. I would pay 5$ to instant transfer any day of the week.

Literally, all of this. Rover, you care more about the money than the dogs and your employees combined. Also, getting rid of grooming? Super terrible decision.

Rover takes too long to pay. Technology, Rover...invest in it! As soon as owner indicates pet is picked up the fund should be released! Do you think Uber, Doordash or Shipt etc waits 2 days to pay their people? Of course not. Invest in your platform, Rover.

After giving 10 days of recurring service river sends me a message that my 450$ for one week plus another 140$ for the current week cannot be paid as the pet owners payment decline the support rudely told me they are not responsible . Your earnings through Rover will show up in your account 48 hours / 2 days after the end of the stay. InFAQ section, It states that due to the sitter’s Bank it may take longer than that. In 2022, Stripe wrote that anything other than a standard bank account with financial institution ( traditional checking@FDIC bank ) may cause failure errors= delayed payment.

Why are so many saying it takes longer than 48 hours for payment to be received? That sounds crazy! You provide a service why wouldn’t you be paid the day you fulfilled it??

Rover takes too long to pay and takes too much money just for having the site. If rover wants to continue to Rebook people then they are hurting themselves by charging too much. People will start finding other ways to book. Bad move rover!! Please Lower your percentage to encourage rebooking.

2 days is not much of a delay for payment to show up. Compare that to most any corporate payroll system - it's at least a week behind, best case scenario. As a new hire with an organization like AT&T can wait up to 3 weeks for their first paycheck.

48 WORKING DAY HOURS??? Hmmm - no!!! I haven't yet worked out whether there's an additional delay because of weekends, or it's a time zone issue - but it generally takes 5 or 6 days after a job to be paid. My client was really cross when she found that out, said it was unfair & unreasonable.

I am awaiting close to 600$ for services provided for 2 dogs . This I get told 10 days after service started and now I am Apparently on my own . Frogging river cover 2% for bs river care instead of taking care of me and on the payment dashboard it still says my payment is released and I just received a email stating it’s my responsibility to get in touch with river. 600$ after frigging river made another 20% of. Me . Horrible river .money grabber on peoples hard work

So where does the money go? My stay ended Monday Jan 24th says on Rover that it has been fulfilled yesterday but no money is in my bank or paypal.

It should be available. The policy is funds are available after 2 days. Have you looked at “dashboard” to see if it shows a balance? Does the weekend take longer than 48 hours? I finished my drop in Fridays and it should be ready to transfer today but it's not availible

2 days after the stay is complete, your funds are available. From there you can request payment and have it sent to you either via check or PayPal. With check it can take 5-7 days to get to you, with PayPal its immediately available (on PayPal) and you can transfer to your bank. That, itself, can take anywhere from a day to 5 days.

I have been waiting 17 days.. This shouldn't be ok. I have bills to pay and children to feed. I have $1,200 waiting to transfer to my account but Stripe and Rover haven't released my funds yet. I have been in contact with Rover over this every day and nothing has been resolved. I'm literally crying
