You should see a vet.

It could be a potential food allergy. To soothe the skin irritation and itchiness make some camomile tea a dip washcloth in the chamomile tea and gently dab it on your pet's skin.

Definitely take your pup to a vet! This is to make sure that it is not a mange or something serious. A spoonful of coconut oil (refined solid) can help as well but get it to a vet!

I second the use of coconut oil. Our dog had a skin irritation and I used coconut oil on the area. Cleared it up. Also, it's good for their digestion from what I've read. We used it on a boo boo as well and it started healing it right away.

My dog had irritated skin, and I took it to my vet; it was determined that she has seasonal allergies and was prescribed medication to ease the itchiness. I had been using coconut oil but it wasn't stopping the scratching.
