No, clients do NOT see what you've written about their dog; only Rover Support sees them.

Moreover, sitters cannot gain access to reviews by other previous sitters. If you'll do a search here, you will find find numerous discussions about this and the benefits it would provide. However, Rover has no motivation to give sitters this capability.
