How to set availability to house sitting OR dog sitting?

Apologies if this question has been asked already, but I couldn't find it. I was just wondering if there is any way to adjust my settings to be available for dog sitting (in my own home) OR house sitting (at the client's home), but not both. I was just wondering because this week I accepted a booking to watch a dog in my home, but then I noticed my calendar said I was still available to house sit. I can't house sit if I'm already caring for a different dog in my home, for obvious reasons. Shouldn't the system automatically mark me as unavailable to house sit if I already have a separate booking in my own home (or vice versa)? I was able go in and change my availability to house sit manually, after I had booked the dog sitting, but having to do that every time seems like an imperfect solution. Thanks!

The Rover system considers each service separately, so it does not differentiate between boarding and house sitting. What you have to do once you get a confirmed stay is to go to your calendar, click on the first day of the stay and adjust the availability of other services. I offer both boarding and house sitting, so as soon as I get a confirmed stay, I go in and set the other service to 0 for the duration of the stay.
