How can I find out or see on http://Rover.com if our dog has a rating for prior visits to a sitter's house?

Rover sitters can submit a review for the dogs they have cared for but it is only viewable by the Rover support team

Out of curiosity, what does the Rover support team then do with the review a sitter leaves for a dog? Why should I as a sitter leave a dog review?

I wonder this also! I don't understand the point
