how can I tell if customer made a payment?

My customer said she tried to make a payment, but is not sure that it went through. How can I tell?

Also, it will show in your 'rover wallet'. Go to your dashboard and it will be in the 'pending balance'. You can see more information by clicking on "View payments and promo codes" and it will tell you the name of the dog, the date and how much they payed.

It won't show up as a booked visit if it's not paid for. I have had clients accept and pay 30 minutes before they arrived, up until the time they pay, there is no booking. So if they show up and it's not booked you will know.
