As a sitter, Can I choose to only sit at the owners home?

I would like to start dog sitting but can only sit at the owners home as I cannot bring dogs to my place. Is the okay to do or do I need to have both options available.

Hi Hannah, You can absolutely choose to only provide traveling pet sitting in the owners home. When you sign up to be a sitter, you have the option of stating whether or not you would like to board dogs in your own home (home sitting) or traveling sitting in the owner's home. As a sitter myself, I only provide overnight care in the owner's home due to the fact I live in an apartment. Some sitters do offer both options, but it is completely okay to only offer traveling sitting if that is your preference. When potential clients do a search for traveling sitters, your listing will show up stating that you only offer overnight care in the owner's home.
