What rates can be changed during boarding services?

During a boarding - I discovered an owner was not completely forthwrite. The dog is under 1 year (and i only accept 3+ yr old), not neutered (the pup has completely redecorated my home with urine) and is basically chewing everything- all puppy. Can I adjust the rate during the stay to accommodate for puppy services - since I never intended to board puppies. I want to help the owner - but I am ready to cancel at this point. I am seeking advice and suggestions on how to handle this.

If the booking is not yet finalized you can modify the rate. If it is already finalized you will need to contact Rover support [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] to adjust the price - however you should have the client's approval before you make the modification.

Thank you for your response. The booking is finalized and I have contacted support - busy and will get back to me - I also notified the owner. My main concern is the pup and he has proper care. Have you ever canceled a booking mid stay?
