Has anyone seen this sore on their dog?

My little dog recently started getting these sore like pimples like things on her. I have attached a picture; has anyone seen this or know what this could be? I'v been searching online trying to match the pictures to others online and I cant seem to match. It looks like the sore has some sort of liquid inside either pus/water.

I can't see what you've attached. The best thing to do is check in with the vet. Even it doesn't require any special attention, they can note all the necessary details (size, location, etc.) and continue to review at physical exam appointments.
