Why does Rover take twice as long to process payments to sitters as did DogVacay?

When we were transferred to Rover from DogVacay, I noticed that Rover takes twice as long to release payments for services, I am expecting two disbursements through PayPal. I'm not thrilled that we don't get paid by Rover for 3 days as opposed to 1 through DogVacay. I finished caring for a pup two days ago, and still no pay. I finished another yesterday. DogVacay would disburse by today (1 business day after the end of a stay). Why is this?
