Why does my dog have patches of hair missing?
I noticed my dog has patches of hair missing. Either she’s shedding a lot or has caught some sort of disease! Should I be worried? What do I do?

There are many possibilities, ranging from allergies or irritation or infection to disease.

You need to see a vet if in addition to loss of hair, there's also: Itching, Bad odor, Irritated or infected skin, Changes in behavior, Any skin lesions in other pets or people in the household
