Prior to the announced amalgamation of Dog Vacay with Rover, I had ordered & received a fair bit of DV merchandise for the summer business - which is all now obsolete. Will Rover replace or replenish my order and when?

I had the same issue/questions. I emailed and called the support directly and was told I would be put on a list to receive a discount on rover promo materials. If you ordered withing the 90 days before the merger you should be getting a refund of some sort(if my recolection is correct). Since then, as I ordered materials outside of that time, I received a discount code emailed to me from the zenprint people. Defitely call in or email them directly so they have record of he request.
