What to do if you do not hear back from a pet owner?

I finished up a four day stay and have messaged the owner a couple of times about getting his key back to him. He has not responded. Didn't let me know he was home even. What should I do, he has not submitted a review or anything either:)

I usually text the client a few times and if they don't respond I let it lie. If they want the key back they will reach out to you. And many clients don't leave reviews even though Rover prompts them with messages to do so.
