I am doing my first dog boarding visit with 2 dogs, I usually do day care where I can start the visit in the rover cards. This is not an option for dog boarding. How do I "start" the visit and send the owner updates?
Hi , Alyssa! Rover Cards are only for tracking drop-ins, walks, and daycare visits. I would use the regular messaging system through Rover to send your photos/videos and updates to your clients.

Correct! Each boarding stay will automatically start for you on the day your client arrives at your home or you arrive at the client's home. The stay will also automatically end at the end of the day that you or your client goes home.
Each house sitting or boarding day goes by a 24 hour period, so if your client leaves your home at 3pm, the stay will automatically end on Rover by midnight. Hope this helped!
I am a boarder! no need to start and stop on the AP. There is no check in on Boarding. just make sure to send the owner a few pics THROUGH THE AP so your ratings stay high and enjoy your pup guests!
