How long does it take for the background check to process? I have been waiting for 2 weeks?

I submitted a background check 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back? I want to get started but cannot move on until this goes through

The BG check usually takes 5-7 business days. I would call Rover support to check on your status

My check took at least a week. Mind you I was signing up during a non-peak season. We're coming up to summer which means more people are signing up to be sitters as the coming months are peak season. You may just be caught in a queue
