When becoming a dog sitter, the website says "Please list all members of your household who are authorized to speak to Rover in case of an emergency." No matter what information I insert into the box below that, it doesn't let me click "Save & Continue". What information do they need in that box so I can ensure I'm putting the accurate answer?
I just did my application last night and had the same problem on that page. I found the problem to be in the phone number area where you can be reached. I had to click on 'add phone number'. I thought that meant to add ANOTHER phone number. But when I clicked on it, it opened up a space to add a code number to input when you are texted to confirm your number. After I did that everything went smooth from there.
I filled out the application for Marne and John and saved the application.I can't find it anywhere. I need to finish it to pay you. HELP!
Have you tried leaving that area blank and then returning to it later?
