Why does my dog dry heave all the time?
My dog often dry heaves and I'm worried he has some sort of disease. Should I take him to the vet? Or will this get better over time?

A dog that often dry heaves should be seen by a veterinary professional. The chances of recovery and survival are much better the sooner you go. If a dog has dry heaves due to bloat, if left untreated after a few hours it could be fatal.
