Your website says it "offers" background checks. What does that mean?
Do you require every employee to go through a background check, or is it voluntary?
How can I know if they have done this or not?
Rover sitters are not Rover employees but are all independent contractors. Before sitters are accepted they must submit to and pass a background check.
Next to the Sitter's photo and name in Search results you will see an icon that is a blue circle/white shield/red check. If that is not there then no background check was done.
