An owner canceled the morning of the stay, my settings are set to "strict" so my account shows I'll still have a portion of the payment though. When will I receive that money that's currently "pending"?
The owner canceled hours before scheduled to drop the dog off for week long stay, my setting are set to strict so she only got a portion of the money back. My account shows $54 is pending for me, when will I receive that money to withdraw since the stay is cancelled? (The stay was from 4/12 - 4/16)
