Not all of the pictures sent to clients show up on my profile?

I have taken a lot of pictures of several different dogs, but only 50 pictures of about 4 different dogs are showing up on my profile. Why is this? I've looked after way more than 4 dogs and have sent way more than 50 pictures. I'd really like potential clients to be able to see all of the pictures taken so they can see the variety of dogs and what all we do. Please help me understand why this is happening. Thank you

It is very possible that 50 is the maximum number Rover can show. Take a look at other sitters, especially ones with lots of customers and reviews to see if anybody has more than 50 canine clients displayed. I did a very quick look around and 50 was the highest number I came across.

If you want to show lots of different clients, then you are going to need to be selective about how many go to your Canine Client gallery. You will need to "hide" some to make room for others. However, it would be nice if someone from Rover technical support could explain how it works and if there are limits.

I think Karen is right - 50 seems to be the upload limit under my Canine Clients photos too!

I have just come over from DogVacay and 50 pictures was the max, yet 67 came over (and I deleted a lot from my DogVacay profile).. I have no idea where they came from!

You can control which pictures to make public under Canine Clients by either turning the feature on/off completely under Settings>General, or case-by-case when you send each photo from the Rover app - there is a toggle switch at the top that says "Make Photos Public".

However owners also have the option to make their pets' photos public or not. I assume this is something they can do under their settings, so that no matter what you select, their photos won't show up on your Canine Clients or under their pet's profile. I would guess this is what is happening to some of your photos.

I also believe that photos sent through Rover Cards are not saved under your Canine Clients section. Only photos that are sent through the messaging system are uploaded there (but someone correct me if I'm wrong!)
