Sitter help?
Why is it that I have a sitter profile but when i press search it says information for people looking for a sitter and I am looking for people looking for a sitter

Because that is how Rover works. Pet owners search for sitters or walkers. Owners do not post "help wanted" type ads. I realize there are other pet-sitting sites where owners post their needs, but that is not how Rover works.
If an owner likes your profile, he/she will contact you. However, they may be contacting a number of sitters to interview before actually booking, so not every contact will turn into a booking.

So you downvote me? Sheesh! The posting on the "Dog Question" board should be considered the duplicate. The question is about "Using Rover." Besides any questions get buried on that board with all the "what if my dog did this or that."
