Must a rover host have to have the Last communication with a cutomer?
When I send pictures and updates to customers they like to reply about enjoying the pictures, thanking me for keeping them informed or any other communication. Am I suppose to have the "last word" for the "response" percentage? A lot of times the customer just remarks: Great pictures! Thank you. If I don't reply with: "Your Welcome" or something to that affect will that bring down my "response percentage"?
