What is the "treat" shown next to my name on the Q&A Community board?

I'm new to Rover and was reading the Community Q&A's and noticed next to my name at the top it shows "(1 treat)". What is the treat and where did it come from ?

You earn treats by answering and asking questions. The more treats you have, the more trust the community places in you when you answer a question, insinuating that you are a reliable source.
