A sitter responded to my request and said that I agreed to $180 per visit. This is incorrect- I never clicked on price so all the sitters I contacted think I am okay with paying $180. Need to change this asap.

Rover sitters are all independent contractors and set their own rates for the services they provide. When you create a booking request the rate the sitter wants for the booking is displayed to you before sending it to the sitter. Feel free to discuss the rate charge directly with the sitter, they may discount it, or they may not. You will not be charged for the booking request until both you and the sitter agree with the request. If this sitter is too expensive for you I would recommend you perform another search for sitters and take a detailed look at their profiles and rates/additional rates before you contact them.
