Question about calendars and house sitting?

Calendars: How do we sync out rover calendar to the ios/apple calendar app? Right now i have been using the google calendar app on my iphone. It seems that it is only able to be synced to android phones.

House sitting: Are we required to be there 24/7 until the end of stay?

Reviews: Do you thank your clients on your rover profile by using the reply button? If so, how do you thank them for their review?

Hi Michelle:

I have an android, so I can't help with that - sorry! But I can answer your other questions....

For house sitting, the stay is up to 24 hours per day. I am currently on a house sit and I basically live here, but leave for short periods like when I go home to check on my own dog, or go to drop in visits or walks for other clients.

Yes, I use the reply button to thank my clients for their reviews. You can click on the blue Book a Stay button on my name box to see how I answer my reviews.

Hello

HOUSE SITTING:

Rover allow sitters to set their own policies for the services they offer. For example: You are house sitting and are ask to walk the dogs. You can charge extra for the walks has you are house sitting. If you would like to set more policies, you can add it in your ‘About Me’ section on your profile.

Click this link to get to your detail section:

https://www.rover.com/account/profile/details/ (https://www.rover.com/account/profile...)

Scroll down to the ‘Why should a client choose you to take care of their dog?’ Here is where you can enter your policies. Click ‘Save & Continue’ at the bottom of the page.

CALENDAR:

You can adjust your settings to show that you only allow dogs from one client at a time, and you can specify how many dogs you will accept from one client.

You can click this link to get to your Service Options:

Scroll to the ‘Dog Boarding’ section where it says, "How many spaces do you have available each day for dog boarding?", enter the total number of dogs you will accept from one client. Be sure to ‘Save & Continue’ at the bottom of the page.
