refunds, if the owners come home sooner

if they book you for three days and decide to come home a day early should you be paid for that day?

I always give a refund. Its good customer service! I also don't make them pay the fee for canceling a stay unless I don't want them back

I suggest to the owner that they can contact Rover regarding their refund. I've never had anyone who went through the effort to get their money back because of an extra day or two.

You can contact Rover to have them issue a refund for the extra days as you see fit. You can also offer them a discount on their next booked stay if they're going to be an ongoing client.

It depends on your cancelation policy. You can go off of that, or be flexible and offer a full refund--whichever you prefer.
