Always discuss medications (over-the-counter or prescribed) with your veterinarian before administering. If your vet is ok with you giving the fish oil, they should tell you a dose, whether it's following the instructions on the bottle or a certain amount in milligrams (mg) or milliliters (ml).
Similar to Kristen's response - always check with your Vet before giving any supplement to your pet's diet. This is because the amount of oil depends on your dog's weight. That being said, I give my 25 pound Corgi Mix one full pump of Grizzly's Salmon Oil with each meal and it makes his white coat nice and shiny.
It depends how much your dog weighs, and how much EPA is in the fish oil!
