Anyone else getting messages from/to non Rover clients?

The last 2 new contacts I received via the Rover website seem to have sent text messages to a 3rd party, not involved with Rover at all. I was surprised when a potential client asking for availability answered with "UNSUBSCRIBE PLEASE!!" when I archived the message. Then last night I was setting up a M&G when I got messages, seemingly from the same client, getting upset for calling her the wrong name and asking to no longer contact that number, totally out of context with the conversation from the actual client. I'd share a screenshot, but, I don't have enough points to upload...

If you have a specific instance of this happening you should CALL Rover support, so they can rectify the problem. I have seen this problem pop up from time to time.

Yes, contact Rover Support. I've read of this happning before, and usually it was caused by the client entering an incorrect phone number in their profile.

I've also had this problem. I received a call from the client's "Rover Number" and it was some poor girl who said she'd had that phone number for years! I think Cari is right that it may be an incorrectly entered phone number. In my case I gave her Rover Support's number because she'd have more info to give them than I would.
