I booked but I need to cancel...how do I do that?

I booked and now I need to cancel...it was for one dog on January 29.

Here is a link to the directions on cancelling a stay. Whether you get a full or partial refund depends on your sitter's cancellation policy.

It is also courteous to notify the sitter that you have to cancel.

Have you contacted your sitter and talked to them? As Cari said, it depends on the sitter's cancellation policy but it is best to contact your sitter, if nothing more, as a courtesy. I work with my customers if they need to cancel.
