Do i need zone ordinance to dog sit through rover.com?

To own one's own dog sitting business (not using http://rover.com), need a zone ordinance. Still need one even though I'm going through rover.com???

All Rover sitters are independent contractors. Your zoning laws apply regardless of how you get customers. Using Rover doesn't exempt you from anything,.
