I am trying to delete my account, but the system set-up is literally sending me in circles. How do I deactivate an account?

I am trying to delete my account, but the system set-up is literally sending me in circles. How do I deactivate an account? I go to the help center like it tells me to and start getting to the reason why I'm contacting support, and when I get to "delete services or delete account?" I click "delete account," and the page brings me right back to the help center page that tells me to contact the help center if I want to contact someone to deactivate my account.

Hi, Aja. I would suggest calling Rover Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team], that way you can speak with someone directly and they should be able to deactivate your account for you or at least walk you through the process. However, as of right now, it does not appear that your account is live, so perhaps you have already deactivated it.
