Does my dog know I'm pregnant?

Not unless you tell them!!!
Dogs often know things that are subtle to pick up on. It can't be said for certain that the dog knows, but dogs know sickness and emotion therefore it's likely they could sense pregnancy as dogs have evolved alongside humans for thousands of years.
I believe that is definitely possible. If dogs can smell and tell a person has cancer, i am confident they can smell a human being in a woman's womb. They also tend to be very in tune with their humans emotions and since pregnancy has those changing so much a dog would likely feel that a be aware.
