• If you’ve been paid out over $600 via check over the course of a calendar year, Rover will send you a 1099 tax form.
• If you’ve received $20,000 or more in payments via PayPal, then PayPal will contact you directly with details about your W-9 and 1099 forms.
• If you’ve received less than $600 via check or $20,000 via PayPal, you won’t receive a 1099 form from Rover or PayPal.

If you get paid through Paypal, PP will handle your tax documentation. If you get paid by check and you make over $600, Rover will send you a 1099. The requirement is that 1099s must be mailed no later than Jan. 31.

I just keep track of my earnings myself, pay estimated taxes during the year, then report total earnings on Schedule C. I do not report Rover's 15% fee because I never received it in the first place. I only report what Rover/DV pays me.

Do we report earnings if we made over $600 or all earnings regardless? I have not filed taxes while using Rover before so I'm not sure how it works.
