My dogs need someone to make sure the auto feeder is still filled and the auto water jug is filled (refill if not) and a walk. They have dog doors. I don't require someone in the house for hours. really I'd like someone to come check those items and take them for a walk. How would I book this? It's more like a walk than a stay.

As a customer, I'd encourage you to look for sitters in your area who already have dog walking services listed on their profile (the separate walk charge option is currently only enabled for boarders), and also contact any travel sitters you are interested in, since travel sitters often offer multiple daily visits instead of or in addition to overnight services. Discuss your needs with any sitters that interest you, and they'll let you know if they're available and what they would charge for that service.
